Content Delivery & Notifications

Efficient flow of content from creation to publication, utilizing MediaDropBox, OpenStore, MediaHub, and CMS.

Initial Content Upload: New content is uploaded to OpenStore through MediaDropBox, initiating the content management process.

Notification Through MediaHub: Once in OpenStore, notifications about the new content are sent to MediaHub, which acts as a communication hub.

CMS System Integration: Various CMS systems are set to subscribe to these OpenStore notifications, ensuring they are always updated with the latest content available.

Content Retrieval and Usage: These CMS systems then fetch the content using the OpenStore API, integrating it seamlessly into their production workflows.

Publishing and Feedback Loop: After the CMS systems publish the content, they add publishing details back to the content records in OpenStore via the API.

Automated Image Reporting: OpenStore, upon recognizing the published status of the content, automatically generates and sends out image reports, closing the loop on the content's lifecycle.

This scenario illustrates how OpenStore streamlines the process of managing large volumes of content from external image suppliers.

Content Upload: External bureaus upload media to FTP servers, which are seamlessly connected to OpenStore through OpenStore FTP Inqueues services.

Automated Processing: Upon upload, OpenStore automatically routes, indexes, and stores these images, utilizing metadata like XMP, IPTC, and EXIF.

Content Accessibility: Users granted access to this external content within OpenStore can easily utilize these images for various outputs, including print and web.

Reporting Mechanism: Each time an image from these external bureaus is used, OpenStore automatically generates and sends image usage reports to the respective suppliers.

Configurable Content Management: OpenStore can be set up to automatically delete unused images and archive those that have been utilized, maintaining an efficient content lifecycle.
