Pain: We are struggling post-merger because all of our processes and legacy systems are heavily siloed, making it slow and difficult to share information and content between departments without losing control over usage rights and auditability. We are discussing migrating everything to a unified platform but this is a long-term project and we need to find a way to effectively share real-time information and collectively purchased content.

Proof: Though initially planned as an interim solution, using MediaHub and cloud based S3 has been tremendously successful and we are expanding how we use these services. By providing transparent, secure and auditable image and content access to our entire organization we have been able to improve our editorial responsiveness and even reduce some of our overhead costs.
